1615-1620 Doublet

From a pattern in Janet Arnold in Patterns of Fashion 3: The cut and construction of clothes for men and women, 1560-1620.

The doublet is entirely hand stitched, used all natural fibres and fabrics, and was made using (as close to) historically accurate methods and processes. It is also included as a finalist of The Costume Society’s 2022 Patterns of Fashion Award.
